STICKPACKS MACHINES

What are Stickpack Machines?
Stickpack machines form, seal, fill and cut stickpacks. Stickpacks are long thin sachets with a seal at each end.
A reel of heat-sealable film is fed into the machine and vertical sealing bars create the side seals of the stickpacks. Up to 12 packs can be created at once. The bottom of the stickpack is sealed, product is deposited and as the packet is drawn downwards, the process repeats simultaneously creating the top seal and cutting the stickpacks apart.
Depending on the stickpack width, desired speed and fill type, these machines can produce up to 12 stickpacks every cycle. These stickpacks can be linked to form strings or cut for single packs.
There are 3 versions of these fully automatic machines. The powder stickpack machine uses an auger, the granule stickpack machine uses volumetric dosing and the liquid machine uses a pump for fluids, gels and pastes.
Accessories can be added to these machines such as coding, easy-open notches and perforations.

Benefits of Our Stickpack Machines?
- Efficient – these machines can create up to 600 stickpacks per minute.
- Economical – with low purchasing and running costs these machines provide a rapid return in investment.
- Compact – with forming, filling and sealing all in one unit they are ideal even for small facilities.
- Fully Automatic – with dispensing systems and exit conveyors this range of machine takes raw product and a material reel and makes a shelf ready product without the need for human interaction.
- Versatile – we can synchronise powder, liquid and granule dosing systems with these machines meaning they can pack all product types.
- Customisable – additional features can be easily added e.g. printing, notching etc.
- Adjustable – tool-free access allows for easy adjustments of pack lengths and fills for different product sizes within the same machine
