Stickpack Machine for liquids

The Stickpack machine uses heat-sealing bars to create 4-sided sealed sachets. Depending on the sachet size, 1-10 sachets can be created at the same time. The packs can be cut into individual sachets or remain together as a string.

Heat-sealable film is drawn into the machine, and hot bars create the side seals of the sachets. Then, as the bottom seal is created, product is deposited into the sachet before the top seal is formed and the sachets are cut away from the reel.

Volumetric measuring, through gravity, piston or pump, ensures accurate measures of liquid product is dispensed into the pack. Liquids of varying densities and viscosities can be catered to. The versatility of this machine results in a wide range of applications across all sectors, especially food and drink, pharmaceutical and cosmetic and chemical.

Each cycle takes approximately 2 seconds, meaning that a machine producing 10 small sachets at once, can easily produce 300 sachets a minute. These machines are frequently used for the rapid production single dose products e.g. condiments, dressings, oils, sauces, honey, sanitisers and medicines.

Additional features can be applied to the formed sachets including date coding, printing, easy tear notches etc.
