The Horizontal packaging machines, series MH-110, both in simplex and duplex version, have been developed for the packaging of powder, granule, liquid and pasty products, as well as refreshing tissues in 3 or 4 side sealed sachets.
Starting from a reel of heat-sealable material, the film is folded into a “V” shape and by intermittent motion, the machine forms, fills and seals in an automatic way.
The sachets are transported by intermittent motion. At the end of the process, sachets can be cut one by one or twin versions or even making strings of sachets linked together by intermediate perforation.
The dosage can be made according to the product to be packed:
- Endless dispenser for powdered products.
- Volumetric dispenser for granulated products.
- Dosing unit for liquids or pastes.
