Description
The MH110 creates 4-sided sachets with either 3 or 4 of these sides heat-sealed. These can be cut apart or form strings of sachets.
Heat-sealable film is drawn into the machine, a V-shape is formed and using intermittent motions, sachets are formed, filled, sealed and cut automatically.
The machine can be paired with an auger for powdered products and small granules, depositors for liquids, counters for objects and weighers for free-flowing solids.
Available in both simple and duplex formats, this machine can double its production rate to 200 sachets/min by producing 2 packs at the same time, making it ideal for large-scale production facilities.
A long list of extra functions can be added to the MH range to customise your sachet. Add-ons include easy open tear notch application, gas flushing, printing, cycle counters, dust exhausts and more. Do you have specific sachet requirements? Let us know and we will find a solution.
The MH110 is ideal for smaller sachets, the MH140 and MH170 are capable of packing larger sachets.
