Liquid filling machines predominately use volumetric measuring. Volumetric methods draw fluids into a container of a set volume before releasing it into the pack or container.
The fluids can either be deposited using gravity, piston or pump. Depending on product viscosity, one of these methods will be suitable for your product. In general pistons and pumps are necessary for thicker, stickier fluids, gels and pastes.
Volumetric fillers can be up to 5L but volumes higher than this are possible through multi-dosing.
Designed predominately for the food and drink and pharmaceutical industries these are easy to clean, hygienically built and can demonstrate rapid format changes to switch between filling volumes.
