With touch screen control, this machine is easy to operate and changeovers between bag sizes and product quantity can be easily made.
This machine is suitable for use in the food, drink, personal care and pharmaceutical industries due to its stainless-steel product-contact parts that are easy to clean and adhere to safety standards.
The MH250 can utilise stand-up pouches/doypacks in a range of sizes including very large packs up to 250x350mm.
The packs can be filled with all product types as tailored dosing systems are integrated. Augers can be used to dispense powders, weighing machines for free-flowing goods, liquid fillers for fluids and counters for precise numbered goods.
There are 2 filling stations so the machine can be configured to dispense 2 products into the same pack e.g. pasta and sauce or powder and a scoop.
Additional features can be added to the machine, for instance, resealable closures, easy-open notches, different sealing patterns, printing and coding
