Description
The Horizontal packaging machines, series MH-170-FE, have been developed for the packaging of powder, granule, liquid and pasty products in 3 or 4 side sealed sachets as well as type doypack (stand up pouches).
Starting from a reel of heat-sealable material, the film is folded into a “W” shape and by intermittent motion, the machine forms the sachets and cuts them individually, after that, they are transported to the opening, filling (2 stations) and sealing station.
The horizontal packaging machine MH170 FE can be equipped with the accessory to place the ZIPPER in the bags.
The dosing can be done depending on the product to be packed:
- Auger dispenser for powdered products.
- Volumetric doser for granulated products.
- Dosing unit for liquids or pastes.
