Vertical 4 Seal Sachet Machines

Vertical sachet machines form, seal, fill and cut sachets in stations orientated on top of one another. They form flat, rectangular sachets with 4 sealed sides.

A reel of heat-sealable film is fed into the machine and vertical sealing bars create the side seals of the sachets. Up to 4 sachets can be created at once. The bottom of the sachets is sealed, product is deposited and as the sachet is drawn downwards, the process repeats simultaneously creating the top seal and cutting the sachets away from the film.

Depending on the sachet dimensions and filling, a vertical sachet machine can produce either 2 or 4 sachets in each cycle. These can be linked to form strings or cut for single sachets.

There are 3 versions of these fully automatic machines. The powder sachet machine uses an auger, the granule sachet machine uses volumetric dosing and the liquid machine uses a pump for fluids, gels and pastes.

Accessories can be added to these machines such as coding, easy-open notches and perforations.
