Description
This is our gas-flushing model of heat-sealing machine. It is a vertical band sealer whereby the bag or doypack is fed into the band mechanism by an operator and is flushed with gas before being drawn through heat sealing jaws.
These heat-sealing jaws are adjustable in temperature allowing them to hermetically and aesthetically seal all heat-sealable materials.
The gas flushing is ideal for perishable items that need preserving and often uses CO2 (Carbon dioxide), N (Nitrogen) or mixed gases.
The integrated conveyor is synchronised to the band speed, moving the pack along during the sealing process. The conveyor and band operate left to right as standard but right to left configuration is available to allow for a seamless production line in all facilities.
Further optional customisations include dual heating, ribbon coders, counters and wide conveyors. The machine construction material can also be selected e.g. stainless steel for hygienic uses.
