This machine takes a reel of heat-sealable material, creates, fills, seals, and cuts bags. This process is synchronised with an appropriate dosing system. If packing powder or fine granules an auger system would dispense the product into the bag before it is sealed. Likewise, a depositor would be used if the product were liquid and weighing machines if it is free flowing.
Highly versatile and customisable, these machines can handle a wide range of packaging materials as well as packaging formats. This packaging machine can create more seals, gusseted, quad and block bottom bags as well as the standard pillow pack. It can also hold up to 100 formats in its memory allowing for quick changeovers between different packs.
Additional accessories allow you to fully customise your product e.g. Euroslot heading, labelling, printing, gas flushing, easy tear notch, hole punching jaws etc.
